For over a decade, I've worked with individuals navigating the long tail of trauma: the chronic anxiety that doesn't respond to willpower, the self-sabotaging patterns that feel impossible to break, the emotional numbness that keeps life at arm's length. My clinical background is rooted in trauma-informed psychotherapy, but my passion has always been helping clients rewire the body and mind in ways that are not only safe but deeply transformative.
